Loading FeeReady…
FeeReady finds every overdue rupee, decides who to follow up with today, writes the message in the parent's own language, and calls when a message is ignored — so your accounts team stops typing the same reminder forty times.

The problem
Fees live in one spreadsheet, receipts in another, and the WhatsApp reminders in someone's personal phone. Nobody can answer 'how much is overdue?' without an afternoon of work.
An accountant types the same message forty times, forgets who was already reminded, and nobody wants to be the person who calls a parent twice in one day.
By the time a term-end report shows a shortfall, the money is months old. The families who needed a nudge in week one have gone quiet.
How it works
The whole product, in the order it happens. Your school does the first three — students, a fee structure, an assignment. Everything after that runs on its own, every night, until the money is in.
Three steps, in the order they appear in the app. An afternoon for one class, and that class is done for the session.
3 steps · one time · no ongoing work
Import a CSV with a validate-and-preview step, or add them one by one. Each student gets a parent or guardian with a mobile number. That mobile is the only thing the whole system needs.
482 rows read · 480 ready · 2 flagged for a missing mobile
₹47,000 for Class 5, split into four quarterly installments. Attach your late fee policy — fixed, daily or percentage, with grace days and a cap. Publish it.
₹47,000 = 4 × ₹11,750 · due 10 Apr · 10 Jul · 10 Oct · 10 Jan
Every student gets their own dated schedule, frozen at the moment of assignment — so editing next year's structure can never rewrite this year's bill.
Class 5-A · 38 students · schedule locked 01 Apr, immutable
Nobody triggers any of it. These four steps repeat for every installment of every student, from the night you assign a structure until the money is in.
4 steps · on repeat · runs whether or not anyone signs in
The nightly job rolls installments forward, applies your late fee policy on exact decimals, and works out who owes what. Every figure is deterministic Python — a model never produces a rupee amount.
Isha Verma · Class 5-A · Q2 installment
due 10 Aug · 3 days late
In the language that parent prefers, with the real amount and a payment link that opens in one tap. Sent inside quiet hours, never twice for the same installment, never past a weekly cap.

Namaste Sunita ji, Isha ki ₹15,000 fee 10 Aug ko due thi. Payment link: pay.feeready.in/i/8fK2 — dhanyavaad.
11:02Delivered and read
English, Hindi or Hinglish, chosen per parent. The wording is checked before it can be sent: never a threat, never an amount the ledger does not agree with.
An AI voice agent calls the parent, introduces itself as automated in the first sentence, and asks whether to send the payment link. Ask for a person and it stops and hands over.

Namaste Sunita ji. Main Sunrise Public School ki automated fee assistance service se baat kar raha hoon. Isha ki ₹15,000 fee pending hai — kya main aapko payment link bhej doon?
Parent
Haan link bhejo, main kal pay kar dunga.
Attempt caps, calling hours and per-parent weekly limits are enforced by the queue, not by whoever is on duty.
A browser redirect never settles a bill — payment state moves on a signature-verified, idempotent gateway webhook. The same event cancels every queued reminder for that installment. A parent who pays stops hearing from us.

What is left for your office is one number
You read what came back, and pick up the phone yourself for the handful of families who need a real conversation — instead of the forty who only needed a reminder.
A risk score you can argue with
“Score 83 — +38 for 40 days past due, +16 for two overdue installments, +20 because the whole year is unpaid, +9 for three reminders with no payment.” It decides who step 5 reaches first. Not a black box.
Messages that read like a person
In English, Hindi or Hinglish. Never a threat, never a changed amount — the wording is validated against the ledger before it can reach a parent.
Everything in one place
FeeReady does one job — getting fees collected — and does the whole of it.
Build a class fee structure once, split it monthly, quarterly or however you like. Assignment takes an immutable snapshot, so editing next year's structure never rewrites last year's bill.
Every student's balance bucketed 1-7, 8-15, 16-30, 31-60 and 60+ days. Class-wise, fee-type-wise and installment-wise, computed from real rows.
Percentage or fixed discounts with an approval gate — nothing reduces a bill until someone signs off. Fixed, daily or percentage late fees with grace periods and caps.
A −7 / −3 / −1 / due-day / +3 / +7 / +15 reminder calendar with quiet hours, opt-out, weekly caps and duplicate blocking built into the queue, not bolted on.
A 0–100 payment-risk score with the factors that produced it, a daily priority queue, and reminder wording in English, Hindi or Hinglish.
Automated calls that identify themselves in the first sentence, respect calling hours and attempt caps, capture a payment commitment, and hand off to a person when asked.
Pricing
The subscription covers the whole fee system. On top of it, a prepaid wallet pays for the two things that cost money every time they happen — an AI voice call and a WhatsApp message.
Up to 1,000 students
₹999/ month + GST
or ₹10,789 a year + GST
The whole fee system, for one flat price. Unlimited staff, unlimited classes, no per-seat maths.

Let’s talk
Multi-campus groups and larger schools. We work the price out with you rather than guessing it.
AI calls and WhatsApp messages are charged from your wallet at a rate you see in the dashboard before you spend anything — top up when you need to, and send nothing in a month to spend nothing. Payment gateway charges are billed by your gateway, directly to you — we never sit in the middle of a parent's payment. Running a multi-campus group? Talk to us.
Built to be trusted with money
Tenant isolation is enforced in four independent layers, including composite foreign keys that make a cross-school reference impossible at the database level.
Every amount, fine and balance is deterministic Python on exact decimals. An AI model writes wording — it never produces a rupee figure.
Every fee change, discount approval, waiver and login is written to an append-only audit trail with the old and new values.
A browser callback never settles a bill. Payment state moves on a signature-verified, idempotent gateway webhook — replay it and nothing double-counts.
No. Start with one class or one academic session. Import students from a CSV with a validate-and-preview step, build a fee structure, and assign it. Nothing else in the school has to change.
Collection carries on. Messaging falls back WhatsApp → SMS → Email, and if AI wording is unavailable the stored template is used and the log records that it fell back. The payment path has no dependency on either.
Not without a human. Anything that contacts a parent or moves money is a confirmation-gated action — the assistant proposes it, a person approves it. The assistant can only call a fixed set of read tools; it cannot write SQL.
The queue blocks duplicates outright, respects quiet hours, honours per-channel opt-out and caps how many messages a parent can receive in a week. Past 15 days overdue it stops repeating the calendar and hands over to the collection queue.
Yes, deliberately. Classes, sections, academic sessions, admission numbers and Indian fee patterns are baked in rather than abstracted away for other industries.
A Razorpay account for online payments, and a Meta WhatsApp Business number if you want WhatsApp. Both take a few days of verification, so start them early. Everything else works from day one.
Contact
Not a chatbot and not a call centre. Tell us how big your school is and what is going wrong with collection today, and someone who knows the product answers you.
We read it — a person, not a filter
Every enquiry goes to someone who can actually answer a question about quarterly structures, late fee caps or WhatsApp approval.
A reply on the same working day
Usually within a few hours. If your question deserves a real answer, we write one — rather than booking a call to say it.
A 20-minute screen share, if you want one
On your own numbers. We will set up one class from your data so you are looking at your school, not a demo school.
